Due to the customer ordering of all our Mailboxes, returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization number once a return has been approved by Mailbox Directs. If the return is not due to manufacturing error and is accurate per the customer’s order, there will a 50% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Any returned item will need to be in its original packaging and with all the original parts and accessories with no visible damage. If your mailbox is custom engraved, we cannot accept a return.
Due to the weight and size of the product, this can be a costly return for the buyer. We ask that you consider this when placing and verifying your order. Please be sure the details of your mailbox are correct.
