Shipping & Delivery
To prevent loss or theft, all unit deliveries must be signed for and inspected upon arrival. A contact number for the person responsible for receiving and inspecting the shipment must be included in the order so that the freight/shipping carrier may contact them for delivery scheduling. If this is a different person than the one placing the order, please enter their contact information in the notes section on the order page. If there is any visible damage upon delivery, please contact us at 785-776-0564 immediately. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email, using the attached claim form, to email@example.com.
When placing your order, please make sure to enter the location you want the unit delivered too only. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect shipping address entries, resulting in rerouted or returned shipments.
Due to the nature and complexity of the product, a member of the Mailbox Directs team will contact you to verify the order details, shipping and contact information.
